What type of camera do you use?
I have a Nikon D90 D7000 dSLR and use an 18-105mm lens.
What type of lighting equipment do you use?
I only shoot with natural light (and the addition of a few strategically placed poster boards).
Can I use one of your photos on my site?

Where did you go to culinary school?
I went to The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and graduated from the Culinary Arts diploma program.
Is Just a Taste your full-time job?
It’s a full-time job, in addition to another full-time job! I currently work as the Associate Editor of Gourmet Live at Condé Nast.
How do write about food and not weigh 378 pounds?
My eating mantra has always been to never deprive myself or to put certain fattier or more indulgent foods on the “off limits” list. If I have a craving, I go for it, but I have just a taste.
