Looove this idea! I made gnocchi at work and it is so freaking delicious! I’ve only had it a couple times in my life, but I think it may be one of my new favorites… I recently had a spinach gnocchi dish at an Italian restaurant and really want to try recreating it at home. So so so good! Pairing it with pesto is a great idea, too!
I’ll have to bookmark the gnocchi recipe. I’ve always wanted to try making them myself.
