How long does this last if you put it in the fringe???
Hi Ciara – I wouldn’t recommend making the chocolate bowls much more than a day in advance as they may become cloudy or grainy the longer they’re stored.
Hi! I live in a MUCH warmer climate than the US and I’m wondering in making these bowls, how long before do think they will melt?
Hi there! Depending on the humidity, they may melt pretty quickly!
Regarding the chocolates bowls. What size water balloons did you use? Also, just curious, why water balloons? Thank you.
Hi Joyce! These are the balloons I recommend using: https://amzn.to/2T897Sv. It’s important to use water balloons (or another heavy-walled balloon) to prevent them from popping when you dip them in the chocolate.
I will try the easy ice cream sandwich cake.
I have always wanted to make these! They are the ultimate in fancy presentation with such little work! What a great video!
I loved just the pictures of these chocolate bowls alone…..however, the video just made me laugh out loud as you used water balloons. With a 3 and 5 year old, I never seem to run out of those!! Maybe I don’t have all the ingredients I need to make these, but I never run out of water balloons here. Ha.
