Bruchtime’s most colorful side salad is getting a welcome upgrade courtesy of an orange poppy seed dressing that adds a sweet and sour kick to the season’s star fruits.

Ingredients
For the dressing:
1/3cupFlorida’s Natural® Orange Juice
2Tablespoonshoney
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
For the fruit salad:
2cupsdiced cantaloupe
2cupsdiced honeydew melon
1cupdiced pineapple
2cupshalved green or red grapes
1cupraspberries
1cupblueberries
1/2cuppomegranate arils
Fresh mint, for garnishing
Instructions
Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey and poppy seeds. Set the dressing aside.
Make the fruit salad:
In a large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple, grapes, raspberries, blueberries and pomegranate arils.
Toss the fruit together then drizzle it with the prepared dressing.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 24 hours before serving.
