2teaspoonschili powder
1 1/2teaspoonsground cumin
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoonkosher salt (optional)
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt (optional) and pepper.
Use immediately or store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.
