  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)


  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese until smooth then beat in the bacon, scallions, cheddar cheese and jalapeño (optional).
