Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup dairy or nondairy milk
  • 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale
  • 3 cups lightly packed spinach
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

Instructions 

  • In a blender, combine the milk, kale, and spinach. Blend until combined. Add the pineapple, cottage cheese, banana, flaxseeds, and honey and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
