As tedious as the task seems, I refuse to make homemade hummus without de-shelling the chickpeas first. You are completely right, very smooth and silky texture.
This hummus DOES look perfect! I can totally see why it’s the best!
Removing the chickpea skins really is key! It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes.
