    Fun, fun! And, I love, love, love! Kelly, you did a smashing job in this video tutorial and I look forward to many more from Just a Taste. You really hit it out of the park, girl. (Sorry to have missed you on Friday. My host company had an all-day outage and I was trying to get my post up. Grrr.) I like to stir some agave into my ricotta and make crepes or other low sugar desserts. Of course, savory applications with ricotta is a mainstay. Thanks for sharing! Pinning!
