Host the ultimate game day party with my go-to Super Bowl snack recipes for feeding a hungry crowd. From creamy dips to football-shaped desserts, these are the recipes I make year after year to keep everyone snacking from kickoff to the final whistle.

The big game is almost here, and letโs be honest: while weโre all excited for the halftime show and the commercials, weโre really there for the food.
I’m a football mega-fan. As a San Diego native, Iโll always have a soft spot for the Chargers, but as a diehard Swiftieโฆ the Chiefs have my heart. I even scored tickets to see the Chiefs take on the Broncos in Denver this past November, and it was easily the highlight of my month (you can see photos and the full recap in my November Edit). Needless to say, Super Bowl Sunday is kind of my thing.
And because I love hosting a Super Bowl party, Iโve put together a starting lineup of my go-to gameday snacks, the ones that disappear fast, earn MVP status and keep everyone parked by the snack table until the final whistle.
From melty, cheesy dips to my favorite finger foods and crowd-pleasing bites, this is everything you need to win big on Super Bowl Sunday (no matter who youโre rooting for).
Super Bowl Dips Everyone Will Crowd Around
Every great party starts with a dip. These are the recipes that disappear before the end of the first quarter.
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Creamy, spicy and unapologetically bold, this is the dip I make when I want zero leftovers. Itโs packed with store-bought rotisserie chicken and just enough heat to keep people coming back โfor one more scoopโ (spoiler: they never stop at one).
Jalapeรฑo Popper Dip

Jalapeรฑo poppers, but make it a scoopable dip! This creamy, cheesy jalapeno popper dip is loaded with sharp cheddar, crispy bacon, and just enough heat from fresh jalapeรฑos to keep things interesting. Finished with a buttery cracker topping that’s guaranteed to be a crowd favoriteโitโs the first thing to disappear at my watch parties!
7 Layer Dip

A true party MVP, this layered dip is fresh, colorful and endlessly scoopable. Itโs also easy to make ahead, which means one less thing to worry about when guests start arriving.
Hot and Creamy Artichoke Dip

Rich, cheesy and baked until golden, this artichoke dip is the kind that keeps people hovering near the oven. Serve it warm with toasted bread, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies for dipping.
Slow Cooker Queso Dip

Thick, cheesy and absolutely not shy on flavor, this queso dip recipe is made with chorizo (or ground beef), cheddar, cream cheese and salsa. Itโs ideal for dipping, dunking, or spooning straight over chips for the ultimate nachos.
Pepperoni Pizza Dip

All the best parts of pizza, none of the crust. This cheesy pizza dip can be made with cottage cheese or cream cheese and customized with your favorite toppings for an easy, scoopable appetizer thatโs perfect for game day.
Beer Cheese Dip

Sharp, creamy and made for dunking, this easy beer cheese dip pairs perfectly with classic soft pretzels for the ultimate salty snack situation. It also works great with veggies or chips.
Hot Crab Dip

This rich and creamy dip is packed with cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and plenty of fresh lump crab meat. It comes together in about 45 minutes and can be prepped ahead, making it perfect for stress-free entertaining.
Sour Cream and Onion Dip

Once you make this French onion dip from scratch, youโll never go back to the packet. Cool, creamy, and packed with real onion flavor, itโs been my MVP for chips and veggies since 2019.
Party-Perfect Finger Foods
These are the grab-and-go bites that keep everyone fueled between plays. From cheesy sliders to crispy, snackable classics, these finger foods are easy to serve, easy to eat and impossible to resist.
Pigs In a Blanket

Few snacks are as crowd-pleasing as classic pigs in a blanket!
Cheeseburger Sliders

All the best parts of a cheeseburgerโjuicy beef, melty cheese, soft bunsโscaled down into party-perfect sliders. Great for feeding a crowd without committing to full-size burgers.
Spinach-Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups

These individual handheld appetizers star crunchy wonton cups filled with warm, creamy, cheesy artichoke dip, and theyโll be on your table in 30 minutes.
Mini Corn Dogs

These homemade corn dogs take less than 25 minutes to make from start to finish, and can be frozen and reheated in a flash. And don’t forget the spicy ketchup for dipping!
Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread

Skip the slices in favor of the easy, cheesy pizza bread that sandwiches layers of homemade dough with tomato sauce, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella and melted garlic butter.
Homemade Barbecue Potato Chips

It’s hard to beat hot, crispy potato chips tossed with a homemade blend of barbecue-inspired seasonings and spices.
Garlic Knots

Store-bought or homemade pizza dough transforms into doughy bread knots brushed with hot garlic-parsley butter.
Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks

Golden on the outside, gloriously stretchy on the inside, and way easier than youโd expect. I love serving these with warm homemade marinara or buttermilk Ranch dressing so everyone can choose their favorite for dipping and dunking.
Ham and Cheese Sliders

Sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory ham, melty cheese and a buttery topping that takes them over the top. These sliders are make-ahead friendly and always a hit with kids and adults alike.
Game Day Classics That Always Win
Some Super Bowl snacks never go out of style. Think big flavors, hearty bites and easy recipes that feel just as exciting as the game itself. These classics have earned their spot in the starting lineup year after year.
Canโt decide how to make wings for the big game? I tested three popular methods, deep-fried, air-fried and baked, to find out which one actually delivers the crispiest results. Watch below to see which method wins (with help from a surprise guest taste tester).
Sheet Pan Nachos

One pan, endless possibilities. Load these nachos with cheese, chicken, beef, or veggies and let everyone build their perfect bite.
Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Crispy without the deep fryer and perfect for tossing in your favorite sauces. Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese for the full wing experience.
Homemade Soft Pretzel Bites

Warm, chewy and perfect for dipping, these pretzel bites are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Short on time? Try my soft pretzel bites made with pizza dough for a shortcut version with the same crave factor and way less prep.
Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

Hearty, comforting and ideal for keeping warm throughout the game. Top with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips for a build-your-own bowl moment.
Bacon-Cheddar Football Cheese Ball

Fun, festive, and loaded with flavor, this cheese ball does double duty as dรฉcor and snack. Serve with crackers, pretzels or veggies.
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

All the bold flavor of buffalo wings in a fork-friendly form. These meatballs are great for slow-cooker serving and perfect for feeding a hungry crowd.
Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Sweet, sticky and wildly versatile, this is one of those recipes that works no matter how you serve it. Over rice, tucked into sliders or eaten with a fork. Itโs a guaranteed crowd favorite with almost zero effort.
Cast Iron Pan Pizza

At my house, this skillet pizza wins over delivery every single time. The crust is thick and chewy with perfectly crispy edges, and the gooey cheese comes together in just 15 minutes in the oven.
Sweet Treats for the Fourth Quarter
Because every great game-day spread deserves something sweet at the end.
Mama Kelce’s Cookies

This recipe yields thin, chewy and slightly crispy cookies. Plus, I devised a way to skip the overnight chilling of the dough and deliver dozens of warm cookies in 40 MINUTES from start to finish!
Puff Pastry Football

All you need is 4 ingredients and 30 minutes to make this pull-apart snack. Go the sweet route by filling it with Nutella, jam or cookie butter.
Football Cookies

The perfect cookies for your dessert spread! Theyโve got a deep, rich chocolate flavor thatโs a total upgrade from a standard sugar cookie, and the piped laces make them look just like the real deal.
These are the recipes I make year after year because they’re reliable, crowd-tested and delicious! Kelly,
I don’t know which one to start with–each recipe I liked even more than the last!
Wonderful photos, too!
Thanks!
Thanks, Kirsten!
great list Kelly! I can’t wait to try some of these!
I so want to try that pull-apart bread! These all look so wonderful! :)
Ok, I’ll be at your house for the big game! These all look delicious!
I’d love to partake in your SB party. I love football solely for the food!
All of these look SO good, but I am especially liking the sound of the garlic knots, artichoke dip, falafel, and pizza bread….oh wait, that’s like almost every recipe that you posted! ;) I would also love making the potato skins with soyrizo since I am a vegetarian. I think that would be absolutely delicious.
What a fantastic line-up of Superbowl snacks!!!! Everything looks delicious, I might eat that whole platter of chorizo & cheddar potato skins!! Holy moly!!!
Hey Kelly, love your site! I visit daily.
Could I make the pizza pull-apart bread the day before I bake it?
thanks,
Chris
Great round-up! That pull apart bread looks amazing–boy do I love the Super Bowl (and not so much for the football!).
My husband’s favorite thing in the world are garlic knots. One time I forgot to order them and he pouted for like, an hour. I am going to use your recipe this weekend!
What a tasty line-up! Love the wings — I agree, forget frying, oven baked are easier and delish!
Yesssssssss, mommy.
